A great hotel in an ideal setting with a wide array of little extras.

Every detail was perfect, really enjoyable. The staff were pleasant, the room was functional and incredibly comfortable with a bunk bed. It took only 10 minutes to walk to La Coupe bus stop.

It had great location really close to France, and motorways...

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

The hotel had ample parking space and a friendly receptionist who was incredibly helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, even with our two large dogs. The delicious pizza we ordered was a pleasant surprise, as was the fantastic breakfast, especially the amazing coffee. The staff, particularly the young woman who looked after us, were polite and accommodating. Compared to other budget hotels, Ibis Budget stands out with its larger rooms, delightful breakfast, and great value for money.

I loved the exceptionally comfortable bed and the triple room. Having a microwave, central heating, and cable programming was very convenient. The location for Narbonne was marvellous and magnificent, close to France, a retail park, and an industrial area like all of the chain.

The breakfast option could have been better if there was a microwave or kettle in the room for a hot drink or evening meal. However, there was a vending machine at the reception which somewhat compensated for this.

The rooms at Ibis Budget Narbonne Sud A9/A61 are simple and cozy, with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. The beds are incredibly comfortable, covered in premium bedding, making it easy to have a peaceful sleep. The rooms also have a laptop-friendly workspace, perfect for catching up on emails or working remotely. I really appreciated the free WiFi, which made it convenient to stay connected. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot weather, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay. Certain rooms even offer beautiful views of the mountains or garden, adding an extra touch of serenity.

Subjectively speaking, I wasn't a fan of the duvet provided in the renovated bedrooms. Others might still find it cozy and comforting, but I prefer a different type of bedding.

A buffet breakfast that can be served in a chic dining area or on the terrace, decorated mainly in white and orange. Amenities include a terrace, garden, and a snack bar/deli. Just what I need, a standard but cheap breakfast.

Limited places to eat close by, but who needs options when you have a standard buffet breakfast at the hotel?
